Service Calls/Work Orders
 
Any urgent requests or emergencies should be phoned in to (315) 478-7672.  This line is answered 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365-days a year, and will ensure a timely response in emergency situations.
 
Normal business hours for building management personnel are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Should you contact Pioneer after normal business hours, your call will be automatically transferred to an answering service who will forward your message to the appropriate staff member.
 
When calling in a request, always identify your name, the name of your company, building address, suite number, and the nature and location of the problem.  We will record this information and proceed with responding to the request.
